Tigerpaw Software, Inc. (Booth No. 192; Tigerpaw will also share exhibit space with partner D-Tools, Inc. from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. daily in Booth 214) is releasing Tigerpaw CRM+ version 10.6, citing a host of new features designed to enhance process automation, technician tracking, job quoting and costing, and more.
The integration of Tigerpaw CRM+ and D-Tools SI 5 presents a best-of-breed set of design, estimation, documentation, project management, CRM, and business process optimization applications, providing system integrators and custom installers of low-voltage systems with an end-to-end process- and project-management solution.
Highlights of Tigerpaw CRM+ version 10.6 include: *Project Creation Wizard: Easily create multiple service orders from a single quote--even creating a project if you want to--using Tigerpaw's Project Wizard utilizing default phase assigned to each item, or simply create multiple service orders from a single quote; *Quote Import: Import quotes from D-Tools and select manufacturers into Tigerpaw; *Quote to Multiple Service Orders Wizard: Easily create multiple service orders from a single quote; *Assign Items on a Quote to a Location: Assign a quote item to a specific job location to enhance proposal creation and ease order fulfillment; *Materials Management: Know when an item is ordered, when it is expected to arrive, and when it is received; *Job Costing: Determine actual job cost by tracking items from quoting to purchasing. Special purchasing considerations are now figured in to reflect the true cost, not accounting cost, of an individual item; *Professional Service Billing (PSB): Bill for multiple service orders using a single, consolidated invoice; *GPS Tracking: Track technicians' vehicles and dispatch more efficiently by leveraging GPS technology provided in partnership with Network Car.
